I was over charged 1 day and it tooks several days of being transferred and told to call a different number to finally fix the mistake.

I eventually went to hertz and they gave me awesome service and was also very fair with the price. They even gave me extra stuff cause enterprise was horrible to us. Do yourself a favor and don't come here!

Second time I rented at the place, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and also it was very cheap. What else can happen right? Well the tires were bad! Like really!?? I never wanted to rent there again

Made a reservation for 1pm and requested they be on time. At 1:20, I called several times only to be put on hold each time. After 4 calls, finally got a hold of someone who would talk to me. He informed me that they had no car for me and that I could wait in their office until one became available!! No one even bothered to call me and tell me that my reservation would not be honored! Corporate customer who will NEVER use Enterprise again. Left at the curve ...

And lastly, my fiancé accidentally rented at the same damn place. He saw the cheap price and went there! I really didn't want to come here but it was already last min! So as we are trying to get our car, with ALL the information that was necessary such as insurance card, ID and proof that our name was under our insurance the lady said it seem "sketchy". She need more proof. Eventually she said okay have the person in the car come in and witness and prove you are who you say you are. Did I mention they even called the insurance company. And they said yes we are covered and they can go ahead and cover the rental under us. But no she said she needed more? What more does she need?? Eventually my fiancé got fed up and said forget it and he want to cancel in a very nice way and she ROLLED her eyes at us! Apparently she was the manager so she acted like the queen of cars. Come on now. What kind of customer service is that. Trust me guys yall would want to pay extra for the respect and dignity. You pay for what you get. I'm clearance shopper and a coupon person and I would definitely not go back there even if it's cheap!

Walked in and was ignored by the gentleman behind the desk. Assumed that he must be busy with the other customers sitting in the office. Was never greeted. Then the guy walks out and just never came back in. We decided to leave several minutes later and he was outside helping some guy wash a car. Why would you do that if you have customers waiting to be helped?! I decided to take my business somewhere else.
